trigger/mantis question

Does anyone know if a niger trigger will eat or attempt to eat a mantis? Just wondering?...I was trying to research this and found this pic. Check out this monster. The mantis I am refering to is only around 2 inches

yeah itll try and might succeed but itll prolly leave it alone if it gets a good smash in the face lol.

I suppose it depends on the size and type of the trigger. The Mantis is no picnic either..they are cool though. 8)

usually those type of mantis shrimp (the ones that get about 9 inches) are usually bought not found in live rock but sometimes they are found.

i hope i dont find a mantis shrimp like that in my tank either since the larger ones can break a tank with theyre "clubs"
