Trouble posting pics

I attempted to attach a pic to QTOFFER's thread "mice for menagerie" today and it wouldn't take. The steps I took were:

1. Reply button
2. Browse...selected the pic
3. Attach
4. submit

Negative results.

Photo was larger than 100KB.
Photo was not one of the acceptable formats. (jpg or gif)

Whoops...1,350kb. I re-sized without saving it.
