Tubeworm

i accidently pull out the tube of my tubeworm when i tried to remove it from the sand... will the tube grow back... now only the feather part protuding from the sand bed... will it die...

If you pulled the tube out and the worm stayed behind, you most likley only ripped the tube in part. If it's in the same place in the sand, the tube will regrow quite quickly and should be fine...

If it is a "duster" type worm, calcium will be of no concern as they build their tubes from mucus, detritus and other free floating debris in the water.

If a calcerous type worm like a coco or spirobid, then yes calcium might be a concern. Unless you have a scleractinian coral demand I would think regular water changes would keep alk/calcium in check.
