The first pic, if it is firm to the touch, looks like it could be a type of coralline. There is a type of coralline that grows in ridges. Here is an example. http://www.wetwebmedia.com/corallinealg.htm
If it is soft, then I'd guess it's a macro algae.
The second pic looks like a zoo polyp.

The first one is soft (smooth), but solid and does not move. A bit slimy really.
I am excited to hear I have a new type of zoo polyp! I was afraid you were going to say it was some crazy form of aptaisia.
