HI ok so today I tested the water, and again my PH was too high and the Hardness was too high, what does it mean?? And how can I change it? I only have live rock in there right now.. I think im going to my LFS with my test strip and see what they tell me.

If your cycle is not complete, I wouldn't worry about them yet. I would also suggest using the liquid tests.
What are your current readings?
Stability is key, even if you can't get it to the "perfect" number.

I agree with Scott. The test strips aren't very accurate. Go to your LFS with a sample of your water and pick up some liquid test kits.

Ammonia
NitrIte
NitrAte
PH

Later you can look at
Calcium
Magnesium
Phosphate

Just got back from my LFS and they said my cycling isn't finished, haha, im happy its not a serious problem or anything.. i will look into getting the liquid test kits.. thanks for the help.
