UPS System

So does anyone use a back up power supply for when the power goes out? i had a UPS for my computer that I wasn't using so I figured it wouldn't hurt to power the tank up with it. I only have 1 of my 2 filters hooked to it just to keep the water circulating. Power went out last week for over 5 hours and it was still running full speed. I was quite happy.

That was a good idea man, when my power goes out, I usually syphon the water out into a bucket and then pour it back in slowly with a 1 gallon pitcher for the circulation.
Primitive I guess, but it works! haha
