**URGENT** Pregnant fish or?

Hello everybody! My neighbor bought a fish the other day. We tought that she was pregnant since her belly was very big. Today we found her upside down on the tank still living with a HUGE belly. Is she pregnant? If not what's wrong with her? Could you also give me the name of the fish?

I really couldn't begin to id your fish. I was thinking something like an oto so possibly a catfish of some kind - it's the tail fins that confuse me. Maybe someone can help with that. I'd say its horribly constipated or something. Fast it for a few days or give it some peas. Other than that, I'm no expert at all so hopefully someone can chime in. I'd maybe put this in the unhealthy fish section.

Looks like parailia pellucida to me hard to tell from the big belly search the name and see if it is. And I'm guessing it has a problem with its swim bladder I'm guessing this because if it was bloated it wouldn't float so the bulging belly must be full of air meaning the swim bladder has swollen with air for some reason.
