Can it grow with no roots? My fiah messed up some of my water sprite a piece broke off can it still grow?

Yes. It will be fine. It's the same as if you trimmed and replanted it......

Yes it will grow everywhere. It will probably start to grow fuzzy roots out of the leaves these are the above ground roots
