Not to start an anguement... but i have something to say about your stocking of your 10gallon.
Goldfish are coldwater anf should not be ekpt with any of the other fish you have on your stock list.
An angelfish will largely outgrow a 10gallon and will need a 30gallon minimum
Also, tetras need to be in schools of at least three, preferably 6 or more., and your tank cant supposrt two schools
