When you do your water change take the rock out and put a lighter to the aiptasia. Rinse well in the the waste water then you should beable to put them back in the tank without a problem try to keep them out of the water as little as possible.

I would get a peppermint shrimp but it can be a hit or miss with them. Most of them will eat it for you. When I had a few aptasia my shrimp ate them all in a few days. Mind you I didn't have as much as that.

He would need a army of peppermint shrimp lol cut your losses and toss that rock in the trash and buy a new piece

They are not hydroids.

Scrape them off with a blade or screw driver and glue them to something else.
try to take pictures with daylights on so people can see what's happening in the pic.
