What are these?

All of a sudden I have about 50 of these little green creatures in my tank. They are green with a bright orange dot. The one pictured is one of the bigger ones coming in at about 1/4 inch. Is there anything out there that eats these?

It's hard to tell from your photo. I suspect they are flat worms. I have a green wrasse that eats them so I have never seen one.
