What brand/type of air pump is this?

I was given this air pump today. I mostly just want to make sure it wasn't mass recalled or anything. Thanks for any information.

Hehe... I have no idea but it has more aesthetic appeal than the usual ones...

More than likely if it was in use before and it didn't break you should be fine.
