What goes in the Aquaium first?

Picking up my new tank and rock after work (so stoked) what goes in first? Rock, sand, water?

Yes! Rock-sand-water. Depending if you get live rock it will go water-rock-sand. Liverock and baserock would go baserock-water-sand-live rock

I can think of a few more if you want.., lol

So now my next question would be who makes up a good cleaning crew?

Cucs aren't necessary. They do help a bit, but arent needed. Starfish (brittle stars NOT green brittles and serpent stars are good) snails, hermits, and IMO, conchs are very good. Also, I have heard that cucumbers can be awesome at cleaning sand. Nassarius snails , hermits, starfish for uneaten food, turbo or Astraea snails for algae. The conch or cucumber will help with detritus.

I have 10 Turbo snails 2 peppermint shrimp and I rose urchin and my tank is spotless from just them lol

I've heard the turbo snails tend to knock over rocks and stuff have you ever had this problem?

Yeah, the big Turbos will bulldoze any small stuff that isn't attached to the rock.
