What is this critter? Some kind of worm?

I found this critter inside my sump filter sack, while rinsing it. I think it's some kind of worm. Turned out there were quite a few of them on the inside of the filter, a couple larger than this one. They ranged from 1/2" to 3/4", curled like this. They all appeared dead, probably from the hot fresh water of the rinsing. I did some googling for marine worms, but didn't find a good site that would allow me to search by appearance - they all want names which I don't have.

Either a nudibranch or a bristleworm. Personally it looks like the type of nudibranch that likes to munch on soft corals but I may be wrong.
 
I have a bristle in my tank and they don't look alike. Unfortunately I don't know what yours is. I suggest wearing gloves for protection when you work inside your tank to prevent stings that could be harmful to you.
