My bad, not cyano - didn't look closely enough. That also doesn't look like gha, which has much finer filaments. This site has a good guide to common macros: http://www.reefcleaners.org/nuisance-algae-id-guide
Also 0.5-1 is quite high for phosphates in a reef tank - 0.01-0.03 is normal. Doesn't really hurt anything but can can fuel tons of algae (which can starve corals.) Cutting down feeding and some extra water changes should help.
