Hat is this stuff on my airlines it only seems to be on my airlines, I'm currently fish less cycling this tank

I made a rock center piece and used silicone on the rocks and it is on the silicone. It is ONLY on the silicone. It been over 4 months, and it seems like it stopped after about 2 months, and it dosent come off. I havent had any fish die or anything since. I have a CAE and it will suck on it and nothing happens.

So I dont have an ANSWER but it hasnt bothered my tank at all.
