And If I do have cyano it's not from my tank. This LR is a brand new piece I just picked up

Brush the cyano off in a seperate container of tank water to get rid of it, you don't want it spreading. Your worms look like spionid worms I have tons in my tank and feed off left over waste and detritus, they are fine but some say the can irritate corals but I've never seen it.
