What killed my fish?

It died quickly. red spots on the body.


Need to know asap to treat tank if needed.

Please take a read through the "unhealthy fish" and answer the questions in as much detail as you are able. Give actual numbers, if you dont know, say "i don't know".

They look like bite marks from something in the tank. Check the aquarium for unwanted insects and insect larvae. Make sure none of the other fish are trying to eat them. There might be a catfish or crayfish in the tank that attacked it during the night.

Make sure there is nothing for fish to get caught under or behind.
