looks like an alluminum plant not sure if i spelled that right

I did a google search. Unfortunately, it's NOT a true aquarium plant.
I don't know why they were selling it in the LFS?

oh well. It is pretty though.

lol only reason i know is cause i was looking at them at my lfs yesterday

LFS's sell a lot of semi-aquatic plants. They just don't know. Depending on how your tank's set up, you can put the roots in the water and let it grow out of the tank if you like it.
