I bought this at Petco. I am worried that it is non aquatic. I bought a ribbon plant and this other plant with purple leaves and found out later that they were not truly aquatic plants. Also some mondo grass. Now I find myself having to remove about a quarter of the plants in my tank!!

There pretty skinny though. Can bamboo be that thin?

It has aerial roots which is a good sign. I have not seen it before, reminds me of a hygro though.

I think that might be it! Its a bit hard to tell. I just googled it and there aren't too many pictures. If that is it I think I should be ok. They had it in a tank labeled under misc plants. My wife liked it cause the stem looks a bit dark purple. Thanks!
