what pump to use

I think my pump may be going out. I woke up this morning and noticed it was making a strange noise. It is still pumping good not sucking air. Just making a vibrating noise. I am newby to the aquariums so not sure what pump would be best to replace it with. I have 120g reef tank with a sump. The pump that is in there now is a submerged pump not sure on the size of it yet. If someone has some advise that would be great. Thanks

Probably a desription and brand name and model will help.

You should also check the intake to see if something got caught or crawled in there. Shut it down and remove it from the tank so you can see the make/model and inspect it.
