What to feed?

I have a variety of different foods for my tetras, guppies, and danios. I'm just wondering if I should keep them on a regular schedule with certain foods or can I pick and choose day by day what to feed them? Here's a list of all my foods.

Dri brine shrimp
Dri blood worms
Tropical flakes
Color tetra tropical flakes
Micro wafers

You can vary their menu by all means. You can also add veggies to the menu once in a while too.

What type of veggies?

Zucchini cucumbers peas for example. Cut the zucchini and cukes lengthwise and drop them in boiling water for a minute. Let them cool and then useable veggie clip to attach them to the side of the tank. The peas you skin and nuke for a few seconds.
