What type of fish is this PIC inside.....

I did see a Texas cichlid at the LFS today, but it did not have all that coloring. Your fish does look similar to the Texas cichlids in the link I gave you earlier.

What makes you think that. The fry look just like texas. The mom is Texas and fry look nothing like the dad
