My first fish was a silver arowana in a 75g. He was 2.5' when he jumped out and passed. Poor fish. That was 11 years ago. I didn't know anything about fish back then. Where I came from, at that time, I didn't get any advice about cycling. I didn't even know there was such a thing as aquarium heaters until I moved to America.

Luckily I'm a million times more educated now!

Lol! That always helps. =] I'm really happy that I was able to start and complete a cycle after learning about it without losing any of the beautiful fish. Even my glass cats happily made it through a whole cycle (including 8 ppm ammonia).
