Whats this thing on my fish?

Hey guys. Any one have any idea what this is?


It's hard to get a good picture but it's like a little lump with a white dot on the tip on the bottom of my fishes head.

I've looked closely. It does not look like its coming out of the gills but I can't be sure.

All water parameters are fine.

All my other fish are fine.

This fish isn't acting abnormal.

I think one of my smaller baby cardinals may potentially have one. I can't tell for sure.

Anyone have any ideas?
