What's your experience with Glossostigma??

I'm looking at getting some foreground covering plants and I wanted to find out what peoples experiences were with them, especially Glossostigma. I've read that it need high to very hight light requirement, although no where have I been able to find out what they mean in terms of wpg.

you'll nee 3wpg and CO2 injection for a realistic chance of good success with glosso.
You also have to plant each stem individually.
my gouramis decimated my only attempt at keeping glosso...each strand I planted, they'd swim to and eat/rip up.
