White dots floating in my saltwater aquarium?

I have white dots floating in my aquarium, I have no clue what are, if they are harmful, or if they i should even be worrying about them. They dont have a fixed direction pretty much moves with the water. Have been checking my fish they have nothing attached to them. Any advice would be great on what this is and how it could be solved.

Yea ive been doing some research on it. I read that sometimes its coralline algae floating around but its white instead or purple i didnt understand that to well. But my tank has some starting to grow. I dont think it is ich bc i havnt seen any on my fish.. Hopefully we can figure this out...

its just detritus which has got through your filter.
