White Spot on Blue Tang?

This does NOT look ICH. It looks like one of what I thought were snail eggs on the back glass of the tank.

Any ideas what this is?

Does it bulge or is it flat? Are the scales missing? Do you have any types of corals that it may have rubbed up against?

It's gone now. It was not flat. I did not notice any missing scales. I'll keep on eye on it for signs of flashing or other distress.
