White spot on corys head?

Hey everyone, any ideas on what this white spot on my Julii corys head is? Its the only spot on his body that looks abnormal, his eye also seems a little protruded on that side. There are 5 other corys in the tank and none of them seem to have any ailments.

nitrIte, and

Nitrate?

pH

TDS

GH/KH?

Temperature of the water?

Water change schedule,

size tank,

how much water changed and

how often???

I would get a couple of pwc's done asap - one today and one tomorrow. Any time there is a possible issue that is a good first step. If you have any unsafe levels in the tank, do another pwc right away to get the water safe.

Bulging eye usually indicates poor water conditions, or infection.
