white spots

My siamese fighter has developed white spots on its face. What could that be?

Also, none of the other fish have it.

(My tank is almost 2 weeks old and due for its first clean on Monday.)

ok.... what should I do?

start treating for ich now, before it gets really bad... raise the temp of your tank to 78 too, and make sure you have plenty or aeration as well... ich affects the gills, so more oxygen is needed in the water
