Hi there.
If your tank is quite new then it could be a bacterial bloom as its milky. Just maintain as usual and it will clear of its own accord. Don't try and over maintain or medicate.
If when you look very closely you can see particles then your filter may need cleaning and/or needs a final layer of filter floss to 'polish' the water.
Can't ident all you fish from the photo but it looks to be a strange mixture of fish types with differing water requirements. Just an observation but I doubt t would affect your water clarity.

It might be algae bloom not sure the tank isn't new

Whats the ph, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate?

How long do you run your lights daily?

What light fixture do you have?

What size tank?
 
Hi mebbid I think I found out what it was its was the light which was on for too long
