Why isnt this working?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Ok so today I tried to hook up my old sump in addition to my current sump. I am using the pump from my 75 which is weaker than my current pump, and the pump pumps water out faster than the water comes in. I dont know whats wrong. Then when I put the the siphon directly into the tank, the water comes in to fast for the pump!!!!! It worked PERFECTLY in my 75!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you know what I could do?!?!?!?!?! Im SOOOOOOOO stumped!!!!

it sounds like your overflow boxes are rated below your return pump..

It worked perfectly for the 75 tho! Thats why im so confused. I guess Ill just hold off and do more pwcs. Haha.
