will a full water change get rid of columnaris

Right now I can't go get medicine for the columaris but would a full water change with water conditioner help? I haven't done it but I was just wondering if it would help slow it down

No. You have to have a Gram-negative antibiotic and you need it fast. Columnaris kills fast.
