"Worm" ID please

Tried for a pic but phone camera is not good enough. Thought they were planaria (?) but too small too see a head shape, they are more like small moving pieces of thread, remind me alot of human pin worms

Is it in a freshwater tank?
 
Yes - we had a power outage that knocked out the filter in this tank, I noticed them after I got it up & running again a few days later - only inhabitants are Neo shrimp & snails
 
from your description sounds more like round worms than flat worms, but hard to say without a pictures. Most flat and round worms that are detritivorous are not an issue of concern. Some however can cause issues with health of both plants and vertebrates.
