Lol haha ya wisteria will grow tall, and start floating, and so will hornwort

Bamboo isn't fully aquatic, so if it goes in the tank it has to reach the surface otherwise it will die and pollute your tank.

Water wisteria is more of a leafy plant. The floating stuff you see is probably duckweed, highly invasive and once it gets in your tank, it never gets out unless you get every piece of it.
