Betta stressed?

I got a new Betta and it seems to either be sick or stressed

We're going to need some more info. Is the tank cycled? Do you have places for it to hide? Do you have a heater/filter?

Yes I let the tank filter for 2 days and he has 2 spots to hide

He stays in the corner and floats or at the bottom and floats is this swim bladder disease

A tank takes more like 2 months to cycle not 2 days. Start doing 50% water changes every 2-3 days. Do two 50% back to back water changes ASAP.

I used water from an established tank so I didn’t think it would take too long

BB isn't in the water column it's attached to everything under water that's solid. So adding a scoupe of gravel, a decoration, plants, filter media.....is what helps establish a new tank with BB.
