An I put my shouvled nose cat fish with my African cichlids??

Um I'm not positive but I wouldn't. Most African cichlid get along fish from their lake and other cichlids. Know they get along with plecos.

I think it would be fine. Its semi agressive, and i dint think your cichlids will mess with bottom feeders too much. They get very big though, so have a large tank. Just my opinion

Well I change my suggestion and agree^ most don't mess with bottom feeders only snail but they crawl to the top that why I thought they might bother each other.

Shovel nose catfish don't like hard/alkaline water, even if they don't eat the cichlids.

No. They'd become food IMO. I'm not sure exactly what electric blue u refer to but I'm going to bet its a no for any and all Africans with guppies. Are you using the android app or a web browser on your PC or Mac?
