Is it normal for cleaner shrimp to swim to the top of the tank and stay up by the heater for ages? Water temp is 24.6 generally

Anyone know why they do this?

Looks like some sort of macroalgae, as long as it doesn't start to take over or anything I'd leave it for now

There are a few spots of it around the tank but it's not particularly bad at the moment

Some new pics. As you can see I have today purchased 2 clowns and a goby :) I have also purchased a mushroom coral and 2 more feather dusters. I do not plan to get any more fish, though I may decide in the future to get perhaps a blenny. More corals will be added over time too, though not sure what else i want just yet

This has settled it for me, I'm doing a nano reef lol. Thanks, and looks awesome!

Is this my first death, or do they shed their skin?

That shell belongs to another hermit. That skin/body was separate but I couldn't find any empty shell other than the ones I already added to the tank

Are gobies usually not very active? Mine appears to rest on rocks and sand more than anything else?
