Tomato Clowns.. Being buggers..

Hey every1,

I have a mated pair of t.clowns in my 100gal. A great pair, the female is massive at least 3 to 4 times as big as the male. Male is about 2 inches female is about 4-5. They had a bubble tip anemone, but has recently disappeared. The female is now kicking the sand up like crazy revealing the bare bottom of the tank. Does anyone know what this means as far as aggression/dominance or any other behaviours go?
