I'm wanting to get a new lighting setup for my 55 gallon community. I saw these light and thought that they would be great. I found them on aqua traders for only 70 dollars. If anyone has any info on them that would be great. http://www.aquatraders.com/LED-Freshwater-Bright-p/56205.htm

Well long story short I did end up getting them for Christmas. I can say that this a perfect light. I got the 48" version or my 55 gallon and it has more than enough light. I would recommend this light to anyone.

Is it just me or does it look awfully similar to the marineland version on LED light? Which I have two 24" version.

I'm pretty sure that was the inspiration for this light. I mimic the marineland led for a lower cost. This model (48") has 174 white LEDs and 14 blue LEDs. I'm pretty sure the models are similar.

AT is a really good place to find stuff. I've used them plenty of times.
