Do people breed fish to have huge Nuchal hump

Or are they natural ?

If they are not natural how do people feel about them around these parts .

I like odd fish and I don't want to step into a practice that is not healthy for the trade.

They do appear naturally in fish such as frontosa, however fish will be bred to exaggerate that hump.
The flowerhorn is a good example of this.

By and large people dont care about it. Instead, people care about the highly modified mutant fish like a parrot cichlid.
