anyone heard of this fish or know anything about it? I just picked one up and trying to find info on it but can't seem to find anything hes all red.

Can you post a picture? Perhaps a hybrid of a molly and swordtail? I can find red eyed sailfin molly, and swordtails but not a red eye swordtail molly.

I think the mollie you have is usually refered to as a lyrtail mollie.

Looks like a lyretail. The "red-eye sailfin" part just describes its color and finnage, not a specific species or anything. There are too many hundreds of color and fin variations to bother looking it up, its very hard to find specifics.

yeah you have yourself a lyretail no doubt. I have a platinum lyretail molly. very beautiful fish you have there!

thank you everyone. so which female should i get to breed these beautiful fish?

That doesn't look like a molly. It's a lyretail swordtail. Females will have similar extended fins but lack the large swords on the caudal fin. They can be difficult to breed because the male's gonopodium is elongated as well.
