Definetly no Keyhole cichlids.......maybe 1.
Minimum for a pair would be a 20 gal.....preferably a bit larger 8)
As for Badis Badis.....I don't know how big they grow....
I think a 10 gal is really small for any cichlid. Maybe an apistogramma specie, but you'll have to research that to be sure.

Sugestion..

get some feeder guppies for the 10 gallon and step up to a bigger tank for the biger fish....lol
