Well I need a bit more information! But depending on what ya like, you could do some Cory catfish, some tetras, a opaline gourami, a bn pleco, or some others?

Well I'm not sure what you like but:
2 german blue rams
6 cardinal tetra
6 cherry barb
6-8 panda Cories
Then maybe a bn pleco or 3 otocinclus.
Oh and some bigger shrip like amanos ,

You could take out the rams for a single or at a push two angels.

Angels in a 30 is stretching it. Especially if they turn out to be a breeding pair.

I do agree a pair would be stretching it, but I can say I did a single angel that I bought young and small, probably about quarter sized, and it was perfectly fine in my 30g. When I traded him in (not because of size, I got Bolivian rams I fell in love with and my angel wouldn't leave it alone so LFS took him back) he was probably half dollar size and space wise he was fine and would've been for a while longer. Just be prepared if you go with angels (even if it's a single angel) that you will need to upgrade to bigger tank down the road.
