julli cory sick

Hi i jus came home from work to find one of my jullis sick he is the smallest of 3, they were all bought at the same time and 2 others seem to have grown significantly in comparison, this lil guy hasnt grown at all and now he is lying on his side under a piece of bog wood, i watched him swimming he seems to be only goin in one direction all the time (if at all). im going to run some water tests now, we have had trouble over the past few weeks but everything seems to be balancing out now i tested about 2 days ago and ammonia - 0ppm , trite - 0 ppm, trates - approx 30ppm i carried out a 25% change and have been doing regularly.

any advice is greatly appreciated, the others seem fine

Just tested our water nitrates are back up and our ph has gone up to

Ph - 8.0
Ammonia - 0.10
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 40

Gonna go get another nitrasafe bag while i recharge the old one. Any advice on my julli or is it too late for him? He is still alive just not doing well
