Are these bad hitchhikers ???

The first picture is fine, but the second is a pest anemone called "Majano". This should be treated like Aptasia and eradicated.
 
Ok I will pull that second one out and keep an eye out for more what is the id on that fist thing it goes in and out of that shell that's attached to the rock.
 
It appears to be a vermetid snail.

Be careful "pulling" the anemone out. If you rip it, it will just cause it to spread.

Ok I will be careful on removal and this is a reef tank will when I look up the vermetid snail they seem to not be good what's your opinion
 
They are fine. the reason some say they aren't good is because they can irritate a coral it's attached to when it's right on top of it. Yours isn't in close proximity of any coral and it's not going to move, so it's fine to have.
