Red coral? And White pods?

Can anyone id these 2 items for me and if they are bad. Thank you so much. The pods are around the aquarium.

The red looks more like a plating variety of coralline algae than an actual coral.
As for the white, it is too hard to see on my phone for an Id.

The White are pineapple and other types of sponges.
