Powerhead for 55 gallon African Cichlid tank

I am looking at getting a powerhead for my 55 gallon mbuna African cichlid tank. I am looking at the Hydor Evolution Koralia and I am trying to decide between the 750 and the 1050. Suggestions?

I have a 1050 on my 75 gallon, with that said I think the 725 will get the job done.
