Fish prego or sick

I have a guppy and she/he is staying at the back of the tank he/ she is just sitting there and does not care about the other fish and looks depressed which is weird becuase he/she has tons of plants and logs is she?, prego? I just started up the tank and was the first fish I added Mabey sick any ideas what can I do

Its not too clear of a picture but to me its looks like it might be a male. That and i cant really see a gravid spot that a pregnant female would have

That's what I thought.Im returning the fish at the lfs becuase I don't want what ever he's got to the other guppies
