Yellow lab circling

Have 2 yellow labs and recently they have been head to tail circling each other rapidly.
Is this the sign of breeding or aggression.

That's is aggression. Sometimes it will progress to lip locking and then all holy heck breaks loose. Keep an eye on them. Mine used to do that all the time until I reduced the male population in the tank

I was on another forum and they said it was mating?
And they were lip locking last night??
So what do I do now?
And there is only one male and one female.

Sounds like you have two males to me

If I introduce some female labs it should be ok.
